Got any questions for a wedding planner or about CREATIVE TRAVEL?
+ What makes you different from other event planners or travel agencies?
We offer the WHOLE package. We can do its ALL. We don’t say no to any project, it’s just HOW are we going to design this, custom-fit to you and your needs? No need for you to go elsewhere, or deal with any other team, it’s all right here for you.
+ Do you offer refunds?
Every client is given a contract to sign which clearly defines and explains our refund policy regarding the specific project we are designing.
+ Are you updated on all things Covid-19 and are prepared for unknown circumstances?
Absolutely. We have the most incredible partners worldwide, we stay up to date on the latest news, and work with the most wonderful insurance companies.
+ Do you offer any payment plans?
Yes. This will all be discussed and reviewed when we talk about your exact project, but we are always very happy to work out a payment plan which best suits our clients and their needs.
+ Do I have to pay for the consultation and proposal?
Of course not, our goal is to first and foremost make you feel at home with us. Upon request, we offer a 30 minute complimentary Zoom call, after which we create a proposal for you to look over and consider your options. You then have 7 days to decide whether or not to proceed.
+ How many clients do you juggle at the same time?
It depends on the season and the request, we are a small boutique business, but we are growing! We never take on two clients for the same event date - personal attention and our physical presence for each event is vital to us.
+ Can I hire you as just a consultant?
Yes - please feel free to write to us with this special request, and we will get back to you with what some options look like.
+ Do you have any advice for people who have never traveled outside of the US?
YES…..TRAVEL!! Seriously, get out there, experience a new culture, step out of your comfort zone...and most of all, let us help guide you through it!
+ What countries do you specialize in?
It’s important to state that we work worldwide. However, our specialty (and a true favorite) is Italy, as it’s home for us. Second to that is France, Spain, Greece, and Portugal.
+ How long does a wedding take to plan? When should I start planning?
The SOONER you can start, the better. I advise 12-15 months for the best results, but we have worked on way shorter time frames than that, and made it WORK!
